Application of Lean Concepts and 5S to the Masterbatch Industry is the title of the paper to be presented at AMI’s Thermoplastics Concentrates conference on February 16, 2010, in Phoenix, Arizona. John Manuck will tell fellow executives that the journey to “World Class” is a commitment to lean manufacturing concepts that has been underway at Techmer PM for the past five years.
