Our Volunteer Efforts and Role in the Community
Volunteering is a key part of being a Techmer PM employee. We feel it’s important to contribute our time each year to various programs that support social and economic development in communities where we do business. Volunteering also provides opportunities for our 600-plus employees to connect with one another, develop leadership skills, and apply their range of talents outside of work toward a greater good. We encourage our workers to volunteer as teams, as well as individually seek out community needs that complement their skills and interests.
Overall, our Employee Volunteerism Program is a reflection of the generous spirit of our workforce and desire to help others. In addition to the company’s charitable giving, many of our employees give their personal time, money, and other resources to benefit a host of non-profit agencies, schools/PTAs, and other programs, including Goodwill, MADD, Second Harvest Food Bank and the Boys and Girls Club of America.
